EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES
RETURNS:
Returns or cancellations are NOT accepted.CHANGES:
If you want to exchange the item for another size you can do so within a maximum period of 48 hours once the package is received.
You must request the change via e-mail: milagrodesignbrand@gmail.com. Once requested, we will send you the info to mail the item exchaged.
The client will cover the total cost of the shipments originated by the change, such as those corresponding to the return of the merchandise, the cost for the new shipment and any other originated by the modification of his order, (in case of price difference the cost must be covered in full before proceeding with the exchange).
Once the item is received, we will verify its condition (that it is unused, unwashed, with the corresponding label and packaging). If everything is in the same condition as it was sent, we will proceed to send you the new item and will provide you with a new shipping tracking number.
