Once the purchase is made, it will take aprox 24 hours to prepare your order and send your package. We will notify you that your order has been sent and provide you with the tracking number via email.
The package with national shipping takes approximately 5 - 7 business days. International shipping approximately from 7 - 13 business days
EXPRESS shipping is available upon request petition by the client with an additional cost.
Take into account being present on the day and time of delivery otherwise it would be the client´s responsibility.
In the event that the package arrives damaged, we recommend that you not receive it and report it immediately, also contacting us to be able to support you with the claim. If you decide to receive the package, we will not be responsible for the damage.
